Recruiting has become a toll booth. Rising costs price out families of modest means, and an unregulated process punishes talented athletes who lack financial resources. We give those families the database, the scoring, and the AI assistant that a paid advisor sells — and we make our money somewhere else.

What we’ve built

  • The database. Every program a family would consider, 1,000–1,600 schools per sport, with coach performance ratings, real roster openings, and fit descriptions written per school.
  • HOPE. An AI recruiting assistant that studies real outreach behavior, recommends the next best action, tracks every message sent, and reports weekly to the whole family.
  • Five-minute setup. An athlete becomes recruitable in about five minutes, versus a process built around time-consuming advisory calls.
  • App 2.0, shipped. The build is behind us. Remaining product spend is tweaks — which is why only 4% of this raise goes to product.

The pivot

We operate as a $15/month SaaS today. That is not where this company ends up. Everyone in recruiting is fighting over the same shrinking pool of families willing to pay for a recruiting service — and youth sports families are exhausted by being monetized. Free is the one move the incumbents cannot copy without dismantling the revenue that funds them. This round makes the app free for every athlete in the USA and moves the business onto the attention layer, where brands pay for the conduit to a household we already have.

The three things to check

01

The growth is real and it accelerated

Subscribers went from 5K to 29.3K in nine months, and July was the strongest new-subscriber month of the run. This is before the product was free.

Growth
02

The burn never moved

Monthly cash burn has sat between $31K and $39K for nine straight months while revenue grew 5.5×. Fixed cost base, variable output.

Financials
03

The moat is a business-model choice

Free is not a discount. It is a position the incumbents cannot occupy without killing the revenue that pays for their teams — and at 0.43% monthly attrition, the base we would open it to is one that stays.
